Cancellation Policy for Garden Design Courses At Create Visual, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to make the process of cancelling or rescheduling your course as straightforward as possible while ensuring fairness to all participants. Please carefully read our cancellation policy before booking a course. 1. Cancellation by Participant: Cancellation within 48 Hours of Booking: If you cancel your course within 48 hours of making your booking, you will receive a full refund, provided the course start date is more than 7 days away. Cancellation 7 Days or More Before Course Start Date: If you cancel your booking 7 days or more before the course start date, you will receive a full refund, minus a 10% administration fee. Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Before Course Start Date: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date are non-refundable. However, we may offer the option to transfer your booking to a future course date, subject to availability. 2. Rescheduling by Participant Rescheduling Requests 7 Days or More Before Course Start Date: You may reschedule your course to a future date without any penalty, provided your request is made at least 7 days before the original course start date. Rescheduling Requests Less Than 7 Days Before Course Start Date: Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the course start date will incur a 10% administration fee. The rescheduled course must be within 6 months of the original booking date. 3. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Create Visual Minimum Enrollment Requirement: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course if the minimum number of participants is not met. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another course date. Instructor Availability: If an instructor is unable to conduct a course due to unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule the course. Participants will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. 4. Refund Process Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
